Richard Timmis is a solicitor of over thirty years’ experience. He specialised in Immigration many years ago becoming a founder member of the Law Society’s Immigration Law Panel.
He has a background in the Middle East and Africa through living and working, and familiarity with the Arabic language.
He is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association and on the committee of the British South Africa Lawyers’ Association.
Outside the Law he has served in the London Borough of Lambeth as a Councillor and a Committee Chairman.
Nowadays, to balance work, he enjoys marathon cross country runs, classical music, 20th century art and a passion for architecture.
